Terms of Service – Enips

By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to natural ingredients and traditional preparation methods.

Orders

When you place an order with Enips, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

  • Payment must be successfully processed before order confirmation

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and therefore cannot be cancelled.

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

Payments

We accept secure payments through Razorpay, including:

  • UPI

  • Credit Cards

  • Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Other supported digital payment methods

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

Product Quality

Our products are prepared with care using quality ingredients. However, customers are responsible for storing the products appropriately after delivery.

Limitation of Liability

Enips will not be responsible for damages caused by improper storage or handling of products after delivery.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
